Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your goods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless you are exchanging in which case we cover the costs for you) original shipping costs also cannot be refunded.
It is recommended you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure you keep the tracking information until you receive confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items when a tracking service is not used.

To ensure your refund is successfully accounted for, please send an email to info@paws-shop.co.uk stating your full name and the item you are returning.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
